Skinny Banana Cookies
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2cups of uncooked Old Fashion Oats
- 1/2cup of Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degree's. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Mix the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using a spoon, scoop up the batter and place on the cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Coconut Crack Bars
- 1cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup agave
- 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 1/3 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Press into any small pan or container and refrigerate for an hour. (or freeze for 15 min) Keep refrigerated.
